Located on the Břevnov Monastery grounds near the eco-friendly Adalbert Hotel. Dating back to 993, this is the oldest monastery in Bohemia. A tranquil and beautiful spot with an open fireplace. The chief abbot is obviously supportive of the development of gastronomy in this country.
